Our web site may contain links to sites not owned and operated by SoSouthern. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they have left one of our sites and to read the privacy policies of any new site they may enter. Your Control

You may also be given the ability to "opt-out" of giving or receiving certain information.

Substitutions
Our products are made in the South, mostly North Carolina. We use many items produced in small quantities at local mills. Because of this, our inventory goes through periodic changes. Therefore, products you see in our pictures may be substituted with new items, of equal or greater value. At So Southern, quality is always our top priority. If a similar product is not available, we will contact you for product selection and customization.

Refund Policy
We guarantee satisfaction. We strive to meet your expectations in quality gift giving. We guarantee all our products to arrive fresh and in good quality. In the event of a problem, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify it. We reserve the right to request a product be returned to us prior to replacement.

Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind within 24 hours of time of purchase, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Notification must be received in writing by email, fax, or mail. Any cancellations after the order is in production may not be accepted.

Delivery Address
Please remember that cross-country ground shipping can take up to 6 days to arrive. We regret that we cannot be responsible for or guarantee shipments when we receive an incorrect or incomplete address. A phone number is recommended to assist delivery services in promptly delivering your gift. Please check the accuracy of your addresses before placing an order.

Shipping Times
Unless otherwise specified, most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days after receipt of order. Same day shipping is available for small orders. Depending on size, larger orders will ship in 2-5 days.

Sales Tax
North Carolina residents and orders shipped within North Carolina add 7% sales tax.

Security
Our Web sites have taken precautions to protect our users' information. If you submit sensitive information to us using our Web sites, that information is protected both online and offline. Sensitive information (such as credit card information) is encrypted and protected with encryption software called secure socket layers (SSL).

Once information has reached our offices, it is handled carefully by our staff and is only used for the purposes stated in this policy. However, your emails to us are not secure against interception. As a result, we discourage the transmission of any sensitive or confidential information through email.
